Does LifeGlider prevent every fall?
No. It is designed to reduce fall risk by supporting the user’s core and keeping the body within the frame, but no device can remove every risk. Correct fitting, suitable surfaces and appropriate supervision remain important.
Why do I need to apply rather than buy through a shopping cart?
LifeGlider must be suitable for the user’s height, weight, ability to bear weight, balance and intended environment. We speak with you first so the product is not supplied blindly.
Can LifeGlider be used without holding the handles?
Yes. Hands-free support is central to the design. Padded grips remain available when the user wants extra reassurance or needs to operate the brake.
Can it be used indoors and outdoors?
It may be used in suitable indoor and outdoor environments with stable, reasonably smooth and level surfaces. It is not intended for rough, unstable or unsafe terrain.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the size table as a starting point. We then confirm likely fit using height, inside leg, body proportions, weight and intended use.
